Privacy Policy
What personal data we keep, why, who else handles it, and your rights.
Last updated 2026-10-07
Who is responsible
Individual Entrepreneur Miriani Chkhvimiani, identification number 15001025936, who provides Enacvale (“we”), is responsible for your personal data, under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
What we keep
- Your account: email address, and your password in a form that cannot be read back.
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account's email address and its ID, as described under “Signing in with Google”.
- What you upload and what the service makes from it, and the text you enter.
- Your plan, your usage, and a record of your payments.
- For renewals: a reference to your card from our payment provider, with its brand, last four digits and expiry date. We never receive the card number itself.
- Messages you send us.
- Technical data your browser sends when you use the service: IP address, browser and device type, and a record of requests.
Videos you upload can contain other people's voices and faces. We process them only as this policy describes, and you are responsible for having the right to upload them.
Signing in with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, Google tells us your Google account's email address, whether Google has verified it, and the account's ID - a number that identifies the account to us. We ask Google for this and nothing else (the “openid” and “email” permissions): not your name, contacts, files, calendar or anything in Gmail.
We use it only to create your account, to sign you in, and to keep your account linked to your Google account. We store the email address and the account ID with your account. The access Google gives us when you sign in is used once, to read these details, and is not kept.
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train our models, and we share it with no one except the providers that run parts of the service for us, as described below. Enacvale's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can stop Google sharing these details with us at any time by removing Enacvale from your Google account's connected apps, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have your account and the data we received from Google deleted, write to contact@enacvale.com.
What Enacvale does not do
Enacvale works with sound only. It does not generate, edit or alter images or video imagery: the picture in a dubbed video is the video you uploaded, unchanged.
Our Terms of Service forbid using Enacvale for sexual or intimate content of real people without their consent - including non-consensual intimate imagery - for anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers children, and for copying anyone's voice without their permission. We may remove such content and close the account that made it. To report it, write to contact@enacvale.com.
Data we receive through Google sign-in is never used for any of this: it is used only to sign you in.
Why we keep it
- To provide the service you signed up for and to take payment for it - because our agreement with you requires it.
- To improve our service and to train our models, using what you upload and what the service makes from it - in our legitimate interest in making the service better. You can object to this at any time, as described below.
- To keep accounts and the service secure, and to answer you - in our legitimate interest in doing so.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations - because the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
Opting out of training
You can ask us not to use your content to train our models by writing to contact@enacvale.com. From then on, what you upload and what the service makes from it are not used for training, and a project that is no longer available in your account is deleted rather than kept. Content already used to train a model before your request cannot be taken back out of that model.
Who else handles it
The dubbing and speech are produced on Enacvale's own infrastructure and servers. Beyond that, personal data is handled only by trusted providers that run parts of the service for us - payment processing, hosting and data storage, and sending email - each only as far as it needs to.
Some of these providers process data outside Georgia, under safeguards that protect it to the standard Georgian law requires.
How long we keep it
- Projects stay available in your account for your plan's storage period. After that they are no longer available to you, and we may keep them to improve our service and train our models, unless you have opted out of training.
- Your account and usage: for as long as the account exists.
- Payment records: for as long as tax law requires.
- Technical records: for a limited time, as long as needed to keep the service secure and to fix faults.
When an account is deleted, we delete its personal data and content, except payment records the law requires us to keep. A model already trained on content cannot be made to forget it.
Children
The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly keep personal data of anyone younger; if we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete its data.
Cookies and storage
We use only the cookies the service needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, and one that protects your requests from forgery. Your browser also remembers your theme, your language and which notices you dismissed. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know whether we process your personal data, and get a copy of it.
- Have it corrected or completed.
- Have it deleted.
- Restrict how it is used.
- Object to its use, including for training our models.
- Receive what you gave us in a common, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what was done before.
To use any of them, write to contact@enacvale.com. We may ask you to confirm that the request is yours, and we answer within 10 working days. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Security and changes
Data travels encrypted, files are reached only through links that expire, and access is limited to what each part of the service needs.
If a security breach puts your personal data at risk, we report it to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia as the law requires, and tell you without undue delay if it is likely to cause you serious harm.
If this policy changes, we update the date above, and you will be notified of changes that affect you.
